In vista system, even if you log in with administrator rights, the folders under C:\program folder do not have full rights. I have to right-click C:\Program Files\Spring. NET 1.3.0\examples\' and then select Properties and Security to allow my login account to have Full Control permissions on this folder. Then the problem is solved.
